What You’ll Be Doing
The Director, Global Program Management & Business Operations is a key member of Technology, Innovation and Infrastructure’s (TI&I) Global Programs leadership team who focus on executive reporting, business management, communications and engagement initiatives educating and informing the broad TI&I organization and across CIBC. In this role, you and your team will work closely with TI&I’s most senior leadership team. You lead the development and execution of Global Programs that includes business management activities. In addition to executive and partner reporting, you will be accountable for SVP / EVP level town halls and leader sessions. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with leaders of all levels across TI&I and CIBC.

Leverage your experience and strong relationships to collaborate across teams in order to assess and enhance services, processes, and procedures
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 7+ years of progressive experience in business management, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in financial services, banking, or a related sector is preferred.
You have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA and/or relevant graduate degree in a related field
