As the Head of Global Continuous Improvement for GBS, you will lead and drive the adoption and execution of BD GBS Excellence Continuous Improvement initiatives across our global organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, GBS Excellence and Performance Management, you will be instrumental in managing education programs, developing frameworks, and ensuring flawless execution of continuous improvement processes.
You are a proven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and a track record of successfully implementing change in a global organization. You possess:
Significant career experience (10-12 years) in an organization with a business system culture and core tools of visual management, problem solving, and kaizen.
Excellent facilitation skills both in person and virtually, with the ability to engage and hold individuals accountable.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to drive culture and change, especially in introducing new initiatives like BD Excellence.
Strong project management skills and the capacity to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Ability to lead teams and drive change in a matrix organization.
An attitude of entrepreneurship with a proactive and committed approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean Expert required, Master Black Belt or Lean Master preferred.
Experience in a Global Business Services environment and managing a team preferred.
