OVERVIEW:
The Director – Corporate Counsel (Employment Attorney) partners with business teams to provide practical, actionable legal support. This role focuses on managing EEOC charges and litigation, responding to legal claims, advising the business, and monitoring state and local employment laws.
This is a full time hybrid (remote on Monday and Friday, in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA.
Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused, practical advice and counsel on employment law matters, including ADA, FMLA, FCRA, discrimination/harassment, and state/local requirements.
Represent and lead the business on issues such as discrimination, harassment, non-competes, mediations, FMLA, and ADA.
Manage EEOC and employment law matters, respond to federal and state audits, and collaborate with internal and external counsel to support business needs, including deadline management, prioritization, and risk analysis.
Lead company-wide compliance initiatives and strategies related to federal, state, and local employment laws, including the development and delivery of company-wide training.
Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience providing legal advice and managing employment litigation, with expertise in FMLA, ADA, and mediations.
Bar admission required.

Advanced Degree
JD Degree
3-5 years of experience
Experience practicing law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
