CLA is currently seeking a Director – Consulting Enablement to join our growing CLA Digital Team.
This role develops the strategy, framework, tools, and team to deliver our digital transformation services through Organizational Change Management (OCM), Project Management, and Process Improvement engagements to deliver measurable value. This leader will work in collaboration with our other digital leaders in AI/Data Science, Data & Automation, Cybersecurity, and ERP implementation as well as deliver stand alone capabilities such as IV&V.
About the role:
Essential Job Functions
· Leadership & Strategy: Define the vision, operating model, and methodologies for Consulting Enablement; Collaborate with other service line leaders to align practices with client transformation goals.
· Organizational Change Management: Develop and implement OCM frameworks, lead change readiness assessments, and coach leaders on adoption strategies.
· Project Management: Standardize project governance, risk management, and delivery practices; oversee strategic engagements and develop PM-as-a-Service offerings.
· Business Analysis: Establish BA standards for discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design; mentor analysts and ensure quality documentation.
· Operational Oversight: Monitor project profitability, implement realization reporting, and participate in deal review processes for proposals and SOWs.
· Client Experience: Improve handoff processes, act as escalation point for delivery concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
· People Development: Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team; build a Center of Excellence and deliver internal education on transformation best practices.
What you will need:
· 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, and/or corporate transformation environments.
· Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
· Certification in Prosci/Change Management, PMP/PMI, CBAP, or similar disciplines preferred.
· Understanding of digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementations, process optimization, and change adoption in professional services or mid-market environments.
· Familiarity with building or leading OCM, PM, or BA functions
