Job Description

The Director of Change Management will play a crucial role in implementing and improving various business transitions, such as processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures across CDSD. Focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance. By closely collaborating with senior leaders, project teams, and customers, the Director of Change Management contributes to the successful implementation of change initiatives that align with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Align strategies with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and key collaborators.
  • Communication and Engagement:
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep collaborators updated and involved.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions.
  • Impact Assessment and Readiness:
  • Analyze the impact, evaluate readiness for change, and identify key collaborators.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address resistance.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Establish metrics to measure efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, making vital adjustments.
  • Change Management Tools and Methodologies:
  • Apply industry-standard methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with collaborators at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
