The Security Solutions team is responsible for Mastercard’s safety and security
related product development efforts to protect the integrity of payments, digital payments and cybersecurity.

About the Role
This Chief of Staff position supports the SVP of Security Solutions (SSO) in LAC who leads an agile organization focused on supporting Services team to make better, faster decisions, using data, analytics, and technology to improve and scale measurement, reporting, and business processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute immediately through meaningful and high impact work in an environment that emphasizes both team collaboration and individual development.

Main responsibilities include:
- Enable strategic initiatives and achievement of objectives. Lead taskforces, special projects, content creation, and the team’s dynamic response across a diverse set of topics.
- Be the central point of contact for the SSO team by managing objective setting and measurement, designing, and driving change management, and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Manage SSO product hierarchy and Mastercard Catalog data quality as a key reviewer of new product creation and sunsetting.
- Collaborate across business units at Mastercard to both articulate the needs for success in SSO, and to create synergies as it relates to the Services team.
- Contribute to and lead the development of Executive-level presentations.
- Drive effective team organization and communication. Organize leadership meetings, all-hands calls, and internal communications. Drive a positive and productive culture. Overall point person for communications.
- Nimbly respond to what the business needs. Execute urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming and outgoing team requests.
- Create and manage project trackers for the leadership team including tracking, timelines, milestones, and reporting status of projects.

- Exceptional MS Excel, PowerPoint skills.
