Director, Agency Transformation

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive transformation across our agency distribution network. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing a comprehensive roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, fostering innovation, and enhancing digital enablement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions, lead large-scale programs, and champion change across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the agency transformation roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy to drive long-term growth and competitiveness.

  • Partner with senior management, including C-suite and Heads of Departments, to influence strategic decisions and ensure alignment on transformation priorities.

  • Oversee multiple large-scale transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact across the agency distribution network.

  • Co-create and drive the development strategy for digital sales tools in collaboration with the Head of Sales Digital Tools, ensuring scalable, user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of the agency force.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI initiatives within the distribution ecosystem, identifying use cases that enhance productivity, personalization, and customer engagement.

  • Champion change management efforts to foster stakeholder buy-in and cultural adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.

  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, digital enablement, and customer experience within the agency channel.

  • Establish governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance, quality assurance, and operational resilience.

  • Execute key transformation initiatives within the agency distribution channel, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to enable successful delivery of transformation outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement actionable solutions.

  • Contribute to the development of business cases and implementation plans for transformation projects.

  • Support the Distribution & Proposition Transformation Lead in planning and executing transformation programs, ensuring coordinated implementation and alignment with broader strategic goals.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to contribute to strategic planning and ensure transformation efforts are well-integrated across functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation leadership, preferably within distribution or sales environments.

  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs at scale.

  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

  • Expertise in change management, organizational design, and digital enablement.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
