We are currently seeking a Dir - Product Management, Monetization, & Identity to join our Streaming Product & Operations team based in our New York, NY office. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for monetization initiatives including 
  • subscription tiers, upsells, and promotional offers.
  • Lead lifecycle strategy across platforms (web, mobile, OTT), including launches, pivots, and sunsets with a focus on revenue optimization.
  • Oversee partner authentication and identity systems including OAuth flows, TV Everywhere, and app store integrations.
  • Design and own KPI frameworks, experimentation strategies, and data infrastructure to measure monetization success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and strategic thinking.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors to support monetization and identity systems.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior or director level role, preferably in entertainment technology or streaming services.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, revenue-generating products in streaming, digital media, or B2C technology.
  • Deep understanding of TSVOD, OTT, and subscription/ad-based monetization models.
  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer subscription flows via web and app stores (Apple, Google, Roku, Stripe, Recurly).
  • Familiarity with partner authentication systems including app platform partnerships and promotional access.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and cross-platform product delivery.

The base compensation for this position is $175,000-$200,000 commensurate with experience.
