Your Opportunity, Your Team
- Reporting to the SVP Digital – QVC Group, the Director of Digital Operations, will be accountable for all components of product onboarding, including data standardization, attribution, copy and photo. The role will coordinate with IT and be the face to the digital and broader QVC and HSN organizations around the product creation process and workflows including PIM. You will develop and represent digital strategy for short-term and long-term roadmap of digital product data management and workflows. The Director of Digital Operations will oversee the continuous process improvement, developing comprehensive strategies and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders ensuring organizational effectiveness and identifying opportunities for automation and innovation across QVC and HSN Digital teams.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA corporate office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional team dedicated to product onboarding and product information short & long-term roadmaps.
- Manage third party budgets across product onboarding areas.
- Partner with broader Ecommerce Team, Planning, Merchandising, IT, Site Optimization, etc. to ensure process education and seamless execution of item readiness.
- Review and analyze metrics, apply learnings to iterate and improve product detail and customer experience and sales results.
- Work with SVP of Digital and other key stakeholders to develop key strategies and processes designed to improve our business and ways of working.
- Help develop Global Center of Excellence work for the US, including but not limited to Digital Commerce Playbooks.
- Support SVP of Digital with creation of monthly and quarterly business presentations and ad hoc requests.
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, product information management or related field; or equivalent experience required.
- 10 plus years' experience in Commerce/digital marketing experience or Digital Product Management.
- Demonstrated experience in Video/Multimedia Program Management.
- Visionary in digital space. Ability to think strategically and lead cross functional, critical corporate business initiatives.
- Thought leader and up to date with industry development and trends.
- Ability to positively influence and develop consensus with teams and team members of all levels, not in a direct report alignment.
