We are seeking a seasoned and strategic transformation leader to join our Supply Chain Transformation team as an experienced Program Manager. In this role, you will lead complex global integration programs, drive AI-enabled innovation, and champion automation initiatives that optimize and digitize our end-to-end supply chain.
You will work cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable solutions that modernize operations and enhance performance. The ideal candidate combines deep project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of supply chain technology ecosystems, including ERP, API/EDI integrations, and planning tools.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional supply chain transformation projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on integration (API/EDI) and digital enablement.
Drive the design and rollout of planning system transformations (e.g., IBP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan) and workflow automations across core functions.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-driven use cases (e.g., predictive forecasting, intelligent exception handling).
Collaborate with IT to define robust integration architecture, ensuring seamless data flow across internal and external systems.
Establish and track project KPIs, business case metrics, and risk mitigation plans across transformation initiatives.
Influence senior stakeholders and work closely with executive sponsors to align program goals with enterprise strategy.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of agile delivery, design thinking, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain transformation, consulting, or digital operations leadership roles.
Demonstrated success delivering complex integration programs (EDI/API) involving external partners, platforms, or legacy systems.
Strong program management skills (preferably PMP or equivalent) with experience managing global, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Hands-on exposure to one or more supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, O9) and deep understanding of planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP).
Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in supply chain contexts and familiarity with automation/RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in technology-led transformation within FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, or high-tech industries.
Working understanding of cloud-based architecture, APIs, and modern integration platforms
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
