We are looking for a Digital Product Content Expert to lead the creation and optimization of market leading product content across Agilent.com and digital campaigns. This role is part of Product Management within the Clinical Diagnostics Division, supporting content across the entire division. The position is anchored in the Pathology Solutions team within the Business & Insights team.

You are a proactive profile with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills, capable of driving content initiatives forward in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing and Agilent.com Content Strategists to align division content plans with enterprise goals.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality product descriptions, specifications, and imagery in partnership with Product Managers and Content Specialists.
  • Optimize content for SEO/AEO to enhance searchability, ranking, and AI readiness.
  • Manage the lifecycle of technical product content, including updates and obsolescence.
  • Ensure content quality and usability across platforms, guided by best practices and KPIs.
  • Support digital campaigns by integrating relevant product content across Agilent.com and other channels.
  • Partner with UX and content teams to improve findability and conversion.
  • Ensure readiness of digital content for launch across platforms (NPIs, M&A, Sirius, etc.).

You’ll Work Closely With

  • Product Management across the Clinical Diagnostics Division – to develop and refine technical product content for digital platforms.
  • Commercial Marketing Programs – to align campaign content across channels.
  • Content Strategists (DAS) – to optimize UX and content strategy.
  • Product Content Specialists (DAS) – to ensure content readiness across systems (PIM, CMS, DAM, Search).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content creation and strategy, preferably in a technical B2B or life sciences environment.
  • Strong SEO/AEO knowledge and content optimization skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in CMS and DAM systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Understanding of UX principles and data-driven content performance analysis

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
