Digital Marketing Specialist

This role will be based in Mexico City (Torre Mayor). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We Will Count on You To (Examples Include but Are Not Limited To):
• Ensure our global digital marketing strategy takes into consideration regional requirements and objectives using strong data-driven insights and best practices.
• Advocate for the regional needs and advise regional marketing and business teams on digital's objectives, roadmap, and best practices.
• Partner with regional teams to improve search, email, webinars and web performance.
• Input into regional objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Drive the implementation of new digital projects and help drive adoption of new tools and processes.
What You Need to Have:
- +3 years experience in Digital Marketing B2B preferred
- Excellent strategic and executional ability, strong communication skills with the ability to confidently influence and direct multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and execute multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously and a proven ability to flex own style to be both strategic and hands-on when required.
- Strategy-oriented, with deep expertise in business and broad knowledge of enterprise management and stand-out level of problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable about core and emerging technologies that will continuously improve the performance of our digital client experience and digital marketing investments.
- Superior analytics skills to track and measure performance and make data-driven decisions (including A/B testing).
- Future-minded digital marketer willing to innovate and push the boundaries to ensure digital presence that drives user experience, client engagement, and accelerates pipeline growth and sales, including lead generation, conversion, and e-commerce sales.
- Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment and balance the needs of a global center of excellence model with supporting the local team and business requirements.
- Excellent communications skills—English and local language verbal and written.
