The Position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Partner to join our Marketing Team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.

As the Digital Marketing Partner in the Roche Diagnostics Turkey Marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of our omnichannel marketing strategies. In this role, you will design creative, data-driven campaigns within the framework of healthcare industry compliance rules, working in close collaboration with global, regional, and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation: Manage end-to-end campaign processes via the Marketo platform, including audience segmentation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management.

  • Sales Enablement: Take ownership of the Showpad platform, ensure marketing and sales content is up-to-date, and promote its effective use by the sales teams.

  • Content Strategy and Creation: Create (or manage agency processes for) creative, effective, and fully compliant content (copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), visual concepts) for digital channels (landing pages, emails, social media, digital ads).

  • Digital Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize the budget for targeted digital advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), and report on their performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work in strong coordination with internal teams with diverse dynamics, such as Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and IT.

  • Global/Regional Collaboration: Communicate regularly with global and regional (EMEA) marketing teams, ensure the adaptation of global strategies to the local market, and share best practices.

  • Content Marketing Strategy: Developing and executing an integrated content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, managing the editorial calendar, and overseeing content distribution across multiple digital channels (e.g., website, blog, social media) to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

  • Content Approval Coordination: Coordinating the content approval processes for medical and marketing materials (liaising with Medical, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory affairs) to ensure all assets are fully compliant before release.

  • Partner Website & Compliance Oversight: Coordinating and documenting the regular review of business partner websites to ensure alignment with Roche’s brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance (KPIs) of all digital campaigns and proactively offer recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and passionate teammate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Advanced experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo).

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (preferably Showpad, SFDC, Rexis).

  • Proven ability in content creation and campaign management for landing page optimization, email marketing, CTA generation, and social media advertising.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with global and regional teams.

  • Competent in working within a matrix organization structure with diverse stakeholders; proactive and solution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce.com).

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.

  • Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.

  • Experience in digital marketing within the healthcare (pharmaceutical or medical device) sector and clear knowledge of industry compliance rules.
