Reporting to the Team Lead Organisational Development, we are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Learning Specialist to design, build, and publish interactive digital learning content for our global learning platform. The role will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather materials and shape courses that meet learning objectives. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise in design and a strong sense of learner engagement and experience.
What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
Design, create, maintain, and improve digital learning content (ADDIE).
Analysis: Consult with subject matter experts to assess learning requirements to deliver relevant content.
Content Design and Development: Develop digital learning modules, including learning content, interactive activities, and assessments.
Translate SME-provided material into visually engaging, instructional content aligned with learning objectives.
Conceptualising new designs and user interactions that are both functional and user friendly.
Developing creative content from scratch. Working with client briefs, to deadline and with supplied assets.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices in all learning solutions.
Implementation: Create and test SCORM packages to ensure accurate functionality within the global LMS (Workday).
Upload content within the LMS, ensuring correct metadata, tagging, and categorisation.
Evaluate learning content effectiveness and improve content based on the data.
Maintain visual components of the company’s brand(s).

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
Relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. in instructional design, digital learning, graphic design.
Minimum of 3 years Graphic Design Experience.
Experience working with Jira.
Comfortable working in Sprints based on an Agile environment.
Minimum 2-year track record of successful training development of complex subject matter in a global environment to diverse adult audiences using multiple delivery methods (e.g. eLearning, virtual-instructor led).
Ability to design and develop electronic learning programs using industry-standard software packages, such as After Effects, (or Premier Pro), Illustrator, inDesign and Photoshop.
Experience using Articulate 360.
Possess strong design and conceptual skills.
Ability to manage digital learning development projects whilst working independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively transfer information.
A Portfolio will be required with all applications.
Experience in Project Management.
Skilled in Motion Graphics and Animation.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Flexibility in curriculum design and implementation to meet the evolving demands of a dynamic workplace
