Location: Glasgow Based with Hybrid working offered 2 days a week. We operate a hybrid working approach, which allows you to manage your time between home and office. The role will require limited travel across the UK.

Your new team
This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
Your unique contribution
This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the Time and Attendance Harmonisation Initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and project management expertise to ensure the alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Time and Attendance Harmonisation Initiative.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and support cost schedule creation.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder communications.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
Business Analysis
Conduct thorough analysis of current time and attendance processes and payroll systems.
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Who you'll be working with
Internally, you’ll work with the HR Operations team as well as the wider HR Team, and with the Global Technology team.
Externally, your contacts will be external vendors including consultancies supporting the overall tech project
Your blend of talent
This position could be right for you if you:
Have proven experience as a Business Analyst, working within HR primarily focused on core process design, payroll or Time and Attendance system initiatives.
Have a working Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall).
Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and business analysis techniques.
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Perhaps have PMP or CBAP certification which is a plus
May have experience on projects and with vendors in the Manufacturing space
