Digital Campaign Program Manager aids digital acquisition efforts focused on patient growth and medical professional recruitment. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and email, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and ROI.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content marketing to drive patient acquisition and provider recruitment.
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
Leverage audience targeting techniques such as lookalike audiences and audience matching to improve campaign precision and reach.
Ensure all data and handling practices comply with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and privacy standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., web developers, designers) to create compelling, brand-aligned ad creatives and landing pages.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the healthcare marketing and physician publication space.
Identify gaps and opportunities in patient and provider engagement to inform future marketing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing campaigns and data handling practices comply with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience
5 years plus experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, ecommerce or a regulated industry.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytics platforms (e.g., Tealium Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau and similar).
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Experience with email automation platforms and CDPs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
Excellent project management and communication skills.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
