The Opportunity
As part of the Business Transformation Digital Solutions team you, you lead SAP controls assessment engagements, focusing on successful planning, staffing, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and completion. As a Manager, you guide and inspire your team, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining quality and timelines. You also collaborate with team leadership and cross line of service teams to achieve collective ownership of deliverables, and use your technical knowledge of SAP security and controls to improve client processes prior to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP controls assessment projects
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve client goals
- Utilize SAP security knowledge to improve client processes
- Make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Maintain elevated standards of quality in deliverables
- Foster an environment of teamwork and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of SAP controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing experience
- 5 years of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/HANA) SOX controls assessing, auditing and/or implementation/integration experience
- Knowledge of SAP ERP modules FI/MM/SD, business processes (functionality, configurations), and Basis
- Knowledge of SAP security role and user setup (functionality) across business and Basis processes
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Economics and Finance & Technology, Economics and Finance, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, or Computer and Information Science preferred
- At least one professional certification related to controls (CISA, CIA, CPA)
- Leading SAP controls assessment engagements
- Driving engagement planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution
- Leveraging technical knowledge of SAP security and controls
- Partnering with team leadership for quality and timelines
- Motivating and coaching teams for client expectations
- Implementing and leading SAP S/4HANA security implementations
- Experience with SAP RISE and SAP Business Technology Platform
- Experience with SAP Ariba, MDG, SuccessFactors and/or Central Finance controls
- Experience with other S/4HANA modules (PM, PP, IM, WM, EWM, PS etc.)
