The Role

The Digital and Marketing Lead will lead digital marketing activities for Terex MP business lines and oversee all marketing responsibilities for two Terex Environmental brands. This hybrid role requires expertise in digital channels, campaign management, and brand marketing, supporting the growth and visibility of multiple brands within Terex MP.

Reports to:                  Group Marketing Manager, Centralized Services

Location:                     Northern Ireland

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Terex MP brands):

  • Develop and execute digital strategies for multiple Terex MP brands.
  • Manage lead generation, CRM/email, PPC, SEO, website, social media, webinars, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Brand Marketing (Terex Environmental brands):

  • Create and implement marketing plans, manage budgets, organize tradeshows, advertising, and content creation.
  • Support sales teams with tailored marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through multi-channel activities.

General:

  • Balance priorities across brands and business lines.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally across multiple brands or business lines.
  • Proven experience with CRM/email platforms, data analysis, and campaign management.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
  • Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving dynamic environment
  • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
  • A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require some travel in support of promotional activity however it is expected to be minimal.
