We’re looking for a Digital Analytics & Tagging Specialist who’s as comfortable defining and implementing a data layer as they are exploring data to resolve complex business problems and explain insights to product teams.
You’ll make sure our digital journeys are measured correctly, but more importantly, you'll use that data to unpack the 'why', delivering impactful insights and shaping how we build and improve our products.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, CRO specialists, and E-commerce teams in a consultative approach to make sure every feature, campaign, and journey is tagged, tracked, and understood.
This is a hybrid role, where you’ll work in our London office around once a week.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing
Collaborate with engineers to implement and validate tagging across our website and app using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).
Review and troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring events and data layers capture what matters most.
Adopt a consultative approach with CRO, Digital Product, and E-commerce teams to define tracking requirements, measure test results, and provide deep-dive root cause analysis on performance.
Manage and guide complex analytical projects, such as customer journey analysis, segmentation, or root cause analysis, to explain what’s working, what’s not, and why.
Your work will go beyond dashboarding; you'll use visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker) to deliver insights and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and action-oriented manner.
Pull together insights from multiple sources — GA4, Tableau, heatmaps, session recordings — to build cohesive performance stories.
Share findings with Product Managers and senior stakeholders, translating complex data into simple actions.
Keep an eye on privacy, consent frameworks, and tagging best practice to maintain data integrity.
Are we the perfect match?
Here’s what we need from you
Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), with a strong understanding of event-based tracking, data layers, and tagging structures for web and app.
Advanced SQL and strong experience with BigQuery and Databricks.
Strong experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau or Looker.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis is a strong plus.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques, such as segmentation, and familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO analysis.
Experience with Git (or similar) for collaborative development is desirable.
Skilled at 'storytelling' with data, collaborating with and presenting to technical and non-technical teams.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. If you enjoy blending analytical rigour with creative storytelling and want to make energy simpler and smarter for everyone, we’d love to hear from you.
Here’s what you need to know
