 The Role and What You’ll Do: 

 

As a Designer, you have a deep understanding of the demands of graphic design for traditional, digital and experiential media. You strive to produce innovative, memorable, cross-channel work that is of the caliber that represents the brands we work for, and also the agency, stand out and be recognized in the industry and around the world. 

 

You have a sharp eye for detail who can create and execute daily design deliverables across a wide variety of creative mediums, and are obsessed with every facet of design – typography, layout, color, illustration, and the latest tools and tricks. You pride yourself on striving for award-winning design solutions and have experience creating work across a variety of platforms including branding, identity design, print, digital, OOH, experiential, and more (motion design a plus).  

 

You thrive in a diverse and collaborative team environment. You find inspiration everywhere and get excited about sharing your work with compelling rationale and storytelling. Last, but certainly not least, you are someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.  

 

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure brand consistency across client initiatives 

  • Adhere to timeline and manage priorities to meet milestones and deadlines 

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to fully understand a client’s business 

  • Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and other necessary programs. 

  • Work in collaboration with Account Manager, Creative Directors, Production, Copywriters, Public Relations, Developers and other Creative/Interactive personnel 

  • Prepare and present concepts and designs at internal check-ins and client presentations 

  • Pitch in on agency generated proposals and marketing initiatives 

 

You Have These : 

  • Some design experience or internship within a branding shop, design firm, ad agency or similar setting,  

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing/communication design or similar field 

  • Digital design portfolio of standout creative 

  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides 

  • Basic knowledge of motion a plus  

  • Strong organizational and archiving skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  

  • Strong work ethic, adaptable to changing hours and demands, with ability to re-focus and develop new options when needed 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
