We’re looking for a Deputy Company Secretary based in Glasgow to lead Aggreko’s global Secretariat function. This key role focuses on corporate governance and entity management across the UK and over 65 other jurisdictions worldwide. In this role you will manage a high-performing Secretariat team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across our subsidiaries. You will oversee governance frameworks, entity management, and stakeholder engagement on a global scale, collaborating closely with Group and regional teams to uphold effective governance standards.

What you’ll do:
Lead and develop the global secretariat team, promoting collaboration and operational excellence
Implement and maintain governance policies, frameworks, and procedures across all Aggreko subsidiaries
Manage statutory records, structure charts, and registers for UK entities, ensuring consistency worldwide
Coordinate filings, incorporations, dissolutions, and structural changes across the Group
Work closely with Group functions and regional teams to support governance and entity management activities
Oversee document execution, notarisation, legalisation, and consular formalities for international transactions
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
CGI-qualified or qualified solicitor with experience in a multinational environment
Experience in governance and entity management across multiple jurisdictions
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Proficient in Diligent Entities (or similar platforms) and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
