Job Description:
As a Delivery Operations Analyst, you will be part of the team that sits at the core of this group and supports the building, automation, and continuous improvement of operational and workforce management reporting, tools, and processes.
Your role will be cross-functional and exposed to various areas of the business including the Client Organisation, Commercial Finance, and Top Management. You will work across business units, supporting company-wide recurring analytical exercises and you will collaborate with Delivery Operations leadership and partner functions, to enhance data accuracy, reporting maturity, and analytical capability across the organization.
You contribute to strategic and operational projects by owning a set of activities within workstreams. You develop Python automations for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, enabling faster and higher-quality decision support and you contribute to the data engineering components of AI RAG Application development projects.
Together, you are accountable for reaching the assigned KPI targets, as well as for the ways on how to reach them, providing operational support to improve, enhance, automate and streamline the core activities managed by the Team.
