We help leading investors (PE/growth), investment bankers, management consultants, and corporate development teams discover and win more deals. Grata has over 1K customers and has been widely recognized as the market leader by G2, PE Wire, and more.
We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join our team!
Grata’s GTM Operations team sits at the center of revenue execution, partnering closely with Sales, CS, Finance, and Leadership to ensure smooth commercial operations and high-velocity deal flow. As a Deal Desk Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling our sellers to move quickly and confidently while maintaining pricing integrity, accurate deal structure, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization, build scalable processes, and have a direct impact on revenue outcomes.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
Serve as the primary partner to Sales for deal structuring, pricing guidance, and contract readiness across new business and expansions.
Review deal terms for accuracy, compliance, and margin impact, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guardrails.
Manage the quote-to-contract workflow, including approvals, documentation, and coordination across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Maintain and improve deal desk processes, templates, and playbooks to support high-volume deal flow and reduce friction for reps.
Analyze deal trends, discount patterns, and commercial risks to provide insights that support revenue strategy and leadership decision-making.
What we are looking for:
1–3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical function.
An understanding of SaaS commercial motions, pricing, quoting, and contract workflows for a variety of deal structures.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage many deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (required) with the ability to navigate DealHub CPQ, approval workflows, and opportunity management best practices.
Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; able to balance rep enablement with operational and financial discipline.
