We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Finance Operations team. This role is pivotal in conducting day-to-day Deal Desk operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, finance, and legal teams. ClickUp is one of the fastest growing pre-IPO software companies in the world, and this pivotal role will allow our Deal Desk team to expand our global coverage footprint to support accelerated revenue growth. In this role, you will apply strong attention-to-detail skills to help drive accuracy and urgency within the sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deal desk operations, order operations, revenue operations, or similar functions with 3+ years of direct experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, restructure and process requests for sales quote approvals, order form updates and reviews, and client concessions in a timely and consistent manner
  • Actively participating in deal structuring and provide knowledgeable guidance to the sales organization
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and Billing teams to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support business growth by taking a proactive and collaborative approach with both finance and external company stakeholders
  • Participate in system improvements to drive growth and support changing processes
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in deal desk operations or a related field, specifically for a company selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail, with strong time management and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Outstanding attention to detail and succinct written communication
  • Curious individuals who learn quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce CPQ experience. Admin experience preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of Ironclad experience preferred
  • 1+ years of ClickUp experience preferred
