Deal Desk Analyst
The Deal Desk Analyst reporting to the AVP of Commercial Operations will act as a trusted advisor to Nasdaq’s FinTech Sales team, partnering with senior sales leaders to structure complex deals, review contracts, and support negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sales team to structure complex deals and provide expert guidance during contract negotiations, find creative ways to maximize results for Nasdaq and its customers, and navigate internal and external processes.
Thoroughly review contracts and ensure compliance with commercial, legal, financial, and operational standards.
Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining compliance and mitigating risk.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and product teams to streamline approvals, refine agreement terms and support accurate revenue recognition.
Accelerate growth by identifying opportunities to drive operational excellence, reduce risk, shorten deal cycles, and improve margins through strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years, including 2+ years in Deal Desk, Contract management, or similar roles within software/FinTech or environments with complex IT solution requirements.
Strong advisory skills: Proven ability to solve problems and influence senior stakeholders in complex, high-value deal negotiations.
Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing principles, and commercial strategy.
Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, law or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SaaS pricing models and contract management principles.
Familiarity with contract management software and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
This position will be located in Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates
