WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of our Distribution Centre (DC) Operations Support team, the Case Pick / Machine Operator position will require 80% of the incumbent’s time in Case Pick and 20% of the time in Pick / Pack of smaller items filling orders to packing list specifications. This position is responsible for: selecting full case items from a warehouse pick slot, examination of documentation / computer output (packing list, invoice) comparing it to the physical product, acknowledging / identifying product, quantity, and storage location are correct.
This position requires the physical ability - Pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping items up to and over 50lbs regularly and daily.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have directly related distribution centre experience, complimented by a high energy level and a love of being active. You are a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. You must also have excellent attention to details skills and are very accurate with numbers and packaging labels. Having manual dexterity, and feeling comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and using ladders is also ideal.
