<title>About the role</title>

You will tackle challenges such as:

  • modelling the interaction of different price modalities
  • estimating long-term effects of price changes
  • the dynamic discounting of rides to increase utilisation

Your work will include building automated exploration pipelines, estimating price elasticities, and solving optimization problems. You'll apply predictive modelling and causal inference to measure the impact of pricing changes and to guide strategy. Your work will have a direct effect on revenue growth and user experience.

  • <point>Validate your solutions’ impact via experiments.</point>

  • <point>Industry experience in Machine Learning (3+ years recommended), ideally in product development within a technology-focused company. </point>
  • <point>Proficient in Python, writing complex queries in SQL or PySpark, training classical ML models.</point>
  • <point>Adaptable, willing to work on a variety of tasks (we’re a small team, so we have to wear multiple hats).</point>
  • <point>Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.</point>
  • <point>Hands-on experience building ML systems end-to-end – including testing, monitoring, scaling, and measuring impact through hypothesis testing.</point>
