  • Perform data collection, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract insights from real world datasets.

  • Assist in building predictive models and optimization frameworks for demand, supply, and resource allocation.

  • Contribute to simulation and evaluation of different allocation strategies under realistic scenarios.

  • Document progress and share results with the team through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to learn how innovations move toward production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Current PhD’s or Master’s student in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Ability to work with data pipelines (structured/unstructured data).

  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management concepts.

  • Exposure to operations research techniques (linear programming, simulation, heuristics).

  • Experience with forecasting models (time series, probabilistic approaches).

  • Interest in reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems for decision-making.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Plotly).

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML and optimization in data center supply chains.

  • Exposure to real-world projects and challenges in demand-supply alignment.

  • Mentorship from experienced researchers and engineers.
