The Senior Data Fulfillment Associate serves as a subject matter expert in data research, validation, and operational process optimization. This role goes beyond data entry and verification — it plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex data workflows while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
What you’ll do
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) or
5+ years of experience in data operations, research, or a high-volume processing environment.
Proven track record of analyzing data workflows and driving process improvements.
Strong familiarity with enterprise data systems, document management tools, and reporting platforms.
Experience supporting or leading small teams or cross-functional initiatives preferred.
