Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end data solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver tangible value.

  • Engage directly with end-users to understand their data challenges and create impactful solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Work hands-on with leading technologies in our stack—including Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Power BI—to build scalable, high-performance data products.

  • Be an integral part of a skilled team, sharing expertise and supporting collective success in a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange.

  • Adapt to project requirements by flexibly collaborating within portfolio teams or independently driving business outcomes.

  • Take ownership of delivering and maintaining business-critical data products that support Jotun’s operations worldwide.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Solid understanding of business processes and business intelligence.

  • Strong technical competence within relevant technologies (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Power Center, Power BI, Snowflake, Data modeling, Advanced SQL, Azure DevOps).

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Good English skills both written and spoken as this is our work language
