Student currently in the final semesters of a degree program related to data analysis, with hands-on experience using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, among others.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Power BI Dashboard Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional Global Indirect Procurement teams to gather the data required for critical operational metrics.
• Analyze historical performance trends to identify issues and recommend improvements.

2. Support for SharePoint Website Creation and Maintenance

• Apply corporate templates and themes to ensure alignment with institutional visual identity.

3. Report Preparation and Presentation

• Perform quality control checks on corporate data templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Compare planned versus actual performance across various Americas sites.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Power BI, and visualization best practices.
• Experience with SharePoint Online site configuration and content management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
