The Opportunity:
Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intelligence Analyst intern to join our intelligence team. In this role, you will assist in data collection, quality assurance, and report generation focused on hard target OSINT collection from the Open, Deep and Dark Web. This is an excellent opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in intelligence analysis while supporting our DarkBlue Intelligence Suite customer engagement efforts. You will work alongside experienced analysts using the DarkBlue Intelligence Suite and learn how to transform complex data into actionable insights for current and prospective customers

Responsibilities:

  • Support data collection efforts across open-source intelligence platforms
  • Conduct quality assurance on gathered intelligence data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports and marketing materials that showcase our capabilities
  • Help maintain and organize intelligence databases
  • Create visualizations and summaries of analysis findings for various stakeholders
  • Support senior analysts in research projects and client deliverables
  • Document procedures and best practices for intelligence gathering techniques


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, or national security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Basic understanding of research methodologies and data collection techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Desired:

  • Prior coursework in intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, or data analytics
  • Familiarity with basic data visualization tools
  • Understanding of OSINT principles and techniques
  • Interest in dark web research and emerging cyber threats
  • Experience with basic analytical tools and databases

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,900-$79,900
