Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer experience by analyzing journeys and identifying friction points

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement solutions

  • Manage customer channels, onboarding, and relationship development

  • Handle case management, contract and dispute resolution

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to drive CX improvements

  • Monitor KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, and response times

  • Support CX process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Logistics, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer experience or customer service

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); French fluency is a plus

  • Knowledge of the DTCX sector is an advantage
