As our next Customs Analyst, you’ll ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements, support accurate tariff classification, and strengthen documentation control processes. You will work closely with the Logistics & Compliance Manager to audit entries, manage certificates of origin, and maintain compliance programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Audit import/export entries to verify tariff codes, declared values, and supporting documentation
• Maintain tariff classification database in PLM or third-party software
• Prepare and review documentation for customs adjustments (letters, protests, reconciliations)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customs documentation and shipping records
• Prepare Certificates of Origin and maintain trade compliance databases
• Participate in internal audits and recommend compliance improvements
• Update and maintain fixed asset documentation
• Verify and reconcile Annex 24 and Annex 30 balances with Finance
• Provide compliance guidance on customs regulations, valuation, and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and documentation control
• Experience auditing customs documentation and performing tariff classification
• Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements, Certificates of Origin, Annex 24 and Annex 30
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with compliance teams
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and Excel skills

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with occasional flexibility for audits
• Minimal physical demands (desk-based work)
