Job Description:
Purpose of the role: To attend to Airbus' client portfolio, demonstrating a solid knowledge of the aeronautical industry and defense (desirable).
Education: University Degree (or Higher University Education).
Responsibilities:
Ensure support and profitability targets are met.
Manage and execute commercial initiatives and contribute to the business targets.
Maintain the relationship with their customer portfolio, including a program of customer visits and networking (if applicable), and prepare the corresponding report.
Monitor the support and service performance at individual customer level. Launch and pilot any required action plan.
Ensure interaction with the Operations Department for the fulfillment of client requirements.
Support the customer satisfaction measurement process by informing and supporting the activities of the commercial support, maintenance, and Instruction areas and their interactions with customers.
Participate in the preparation of internal and headquarter reports.
Actively participate in complying with the procedures of Airbus Chile Quality, Safety, and Environment Management Systems.
Fulfill our commitments to our internal as well as external clients.
Maintain a close relationship with the Business Developer Manager associated with their accounts to gather information, maintain the relationship with customers, and share projects.
Monitoring, contract administration, and close relationship with headquarters.
Advanced English.
Negotiation skills.
Experience with contract management.
Customer relations.
Aeronautical knowledge.
