About the role
As a Customer Support Consultant at connectnow, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers, clients, and partners. Working closely with our REA partners, Field Sales, and Operations teams, you’ll deliver exceptional post-sale support, manage escalations, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In this office-based role, you’ll handle inbound phone and email enquiries, set up and maintain REA partner profiles, process sales data in Moveworks, and keep customer information accurate and up to date. You’ll also identify and address recurring issues that impact service quality.
Success in this role calls for strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
