Customer Success Manager

San Jose, Costa Rica Full time

Job Purpose:

In this role, you’ll lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and impactful start to their journey. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, drive product adoption, and provide ongoing post-sale support acting as the key link between clients and internal teams.

You’ll also get creative! If you have a background in design or enjoy creating tailored visuals or training materials, that’s a big plus. Your insights from customer interactions will help shape strategy, uncover upsell opportunities, and improve overall satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Own onboarding and post-sale support for assigned accounts

  • Build strong relationships and drive product usage

  • Create workplans and training tailored to client needs

  • Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues

  • Log activity and generate insights to support sales


Education and Certification:

  • Minimum High School diploma required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to effectively multi-task.
