What You Will Do
As a Beagle Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted partner guiding our clients from onboarding to long-term success. You will ensure every property manager we serve gets maximum value out of Beagleβs products and services. Your role is to retain, educate, and support, driving satisfaction and seamless adoption across every account you touch.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned property management clients
- Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring accounts go live smoothly
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals and proactively identify solutions
- Monitor account health and mitigate risks of churn or dissatisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and adoption
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support upsell and renewal conversations
- Coordinate internally with Product and Operations teams to resolve client issues
- Maintain CRM accuracy with notes, tasks, and client feedback
- Report on retention metrics, satisfaction scores, and overall account performance
What We Are Looking For
- 2β5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management (SaaS, proptech, or insurance experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and a bias toward action
- A relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Committed to in-person collaboration and continuous learning
Compensation and Growth Path
- Base Salary: $70,000β$90,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-Based Bonuses: $20,000β$30,000+ potential annually
- Accelerators: Additional performance multipliers for retention and client satisfaction metrics
- Career Growth: Pathways to Senior CSM, Team Lead, or Implementation Manager based on performance
Note: This role does not include equity. Compensation is structured for consistent base stability with performance-based upside.
