Dataminr is seeking a Customer Success Architect that will own all aspects of solution design for new and existing customers, ensuring technical implementation success and scaling best practices across the organization. The opportunity
Technical Solution Design: Serve as the team's resource with deep technical expertise to support customer success managers with more complex customers. This includes assisting with integration strategies, data models, APIs, and complex use cases (e.g., cyber, two-way communications, risk management).
Strategic Customer Engagement: Work with customer success managers to build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders. You will lead technical discovery sessions to understand a customer's goals, workflows, and systems (SIEMs, TIPs, dashboards), ensuring alignment between the customer's needs and our technical design.
Drive Product Adoption: Work with customer success managers to ensure customers fully adopt and get value from key features and capabilities. This will include delivering workshops, deep-dive best practice sessions, and architectural reviews.
Influence Product Development & Internal Collaboration: Act as the "voice of the customer" by bringing valuable customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the product roadmap, and escalating bugs. You will develop and maintain best practices, playbooks, and documentation for solution design.

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years as a technical customer success manager/account manager, technical implementation specialist, solutions architect, sales engineer or related role.
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and proficiency in designing solutions for this domain.
API Design & Integration: Strong understanding of API security, versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management.
End-to-End Project Responsibility: Proven ability to take responsibility for projects of increasing complexity, driving technical vision and execution from conception to deployment.
Presentation & Communication: Comfortable and effective in presenting to diverse audiences, from technical staff to C-suite executives. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and leverage diverse teams to achieve project goals.

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $131,446 - $164,308, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity.
