Within the group, Kerr is a dental B2B business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative, with French.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer care to dental professional distributors.
What is your role going to look like?
As a member of European team you will be supporting primarily, but not limited to, the French market.
You will be responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our customers.
You will collaborate with the Sales representatives during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customers.
You will work with cross-functional departments within the company.
You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) and ocassionally via phone
You will perform other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

Advanced level of French and English language

Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
