Education
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Credentials/Licensure
Preferred: Phlebotomy Certification
Related Experience
Preferred: One year administrative and customer service experience
One-year medical office or laboratory experience
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Attentive to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to make decisions within the scope of position.
Computer Competency
Familiarity with standard desktop and Windows based computer systems, including email, e-learning, intranet, and computer navigation. Ability to use other software required to perform essential functions.
