ChristianaCare is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative for our Dental Practice in Wilmington, DE.

You would be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Greeting/assisting patient and visitors in the same manner as receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:45am - 4:15p

• No Holidays or Weekends

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required

• Associates Degree preferred

• Two years customer service experience, call center experience preferred

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.10 - $27.69

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
