WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Receive inbound calls to assist customers in completing product orders online, by phone, electronically, by fax, informing customers of the product features and terms
  • Answer inquiries from customers and investigate/resolve complaints regarding the company’s goods, services and policies ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Respond to inquiries from various customers regarding sales quotes and billing statements
  • Process customer payments and assist with any pay statement inquiries
  • Processing customer faxed orders, electronic orders, returns, and purchase transactions quickly
  • Up selling to customers; telling prospective customers about the benefits of a product or service over the telephone in an attempt to increase sales
  • Provide information to customers and the public concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies in response to telephone and in-person inquires
  • Participating in HSCI Specialized Training Program, continuous training on Top 200 codes, and staying familiar with all manufacturers
  • Participating in monthly CSR meetings, helping with special projects, and performing other duties as required
     

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Secondary and/or post-secondary education
  • Dental/Lab/Medical or Vet diploma
  • Call Center Representative Course
  • Various Microsoft Office courses Experience
  • Clerical and/or sales experience in a call center environment
  • 2 years’ working in a call center
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset
  • Medical, Lab, Vet and Dental background is an asset
  • Microsoft Office
  • Must be capable of working in high pressure situations
