This role supports Evonik Animal Nutrition’s North American business in the PLF segment by managing customer orders, inventory, and service operations. The position ensures accurate order processing, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with other teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage domestic orders from placement through invoicing in SAP.
  • Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and order data to ensure product availability.
  • Communicate pricing, availability, and delivery details to customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and collections.
  • Handle adjustments for damages, returns, and shipping issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Provide backup support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
  • Customer service experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience (preferred).
