Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) – Prague

Your Next Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact? In this role, you’ll be the voice of Cochlear for our customers—patients, professionals, and partners—ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused.
What You’ll Do:
· Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
· Process orders and other service-related requests of professional customers and individual patients
· Provide on-the-spot assistance for customers at our Prague office
· Support marketing and sales initiatives and contribute to process improvements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance) while also working independently
· Educate and empower customers and business partners with the knowledge they need
· Contribute to the operations of the local office by taking up office-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in a service-oriented role, ideally in a global or multinational environment (MedTech experience = advantage!)
· Strong computer skills (ERP/CRM systems like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency
· Fluent in Czech and English
· Organized, process-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
· Able to prioritize tasks and set personal deadlines
· Empathetic communicator with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
· Minimum High School Diploma and vocational qualification in business administration or equivalent
