Ecolab is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers and internal teams, managing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Morning tasks: Process orders using the order management application.
Afternoon tasks: Support local team activities:
Handle inbound calls.
Respond to emails related to delivery notes, COAs, invoicing, and order claims.
Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.
Confirm orders and check shipment status.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality.
Native Portuguese.
Advanced English (minimum C1).
Spanish preferred.
Strong MS Office skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage).
