Ecolab is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers and internal teams, managing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Morning tasks: Process orders using the order management application.

  • Afternoon tasks: Support local team activities:

    • Handle inbound calls.

    • Respond to emails related to delivery notes, COAs, invoicing, and order claims.

  • Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.

  • Confirm orders and check shipment status.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle.

  • Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality.

What You Will Need

  • Native Portuguese.

  • Advanced English (minimum C1).

  • Spanish preferred.

  • Strong MS Office skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).

  • Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage).
