Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £24,000 base, rising to £26,000 with progression, plus up to £6,000 annual commission
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Holidays: 29 days including bank holidays (rising to 31 after 1 year)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Customer Moves Team, you’ll help existing customers who are relocating to transfer their home security system smoothly to their new property. You’ll provide excellent service, build strong customer relationships, and spot opportunities to grow our network through referrals.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers moving home, guiding them through their transfer process.
Deliver outstanding service by listening, empathising, and offering tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities for upgrades, referrals, or system ownership transfers.
Manage customer queries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
Liaise with internal departments to guarantee seamless transitions.
Achieve individual and team KPIs in a positive, collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, call centre, retention, or sales roles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internal systems.
A team player who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Adaptable and open to learning new processes and products.
