Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Customer Service Administrator I in Segrate, Milan. You'll support our collaborators in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer effective assistance to Sales, Service teams, Business partners, and other customers.
- Drive and own alignment meetings with Account Managers/Service to ensure timely submissions.
- Review and submit Tenders and RFQs, and actively follow up.
- Examine complete bid documents to determine terms needing approval, and collaborate with functional owners for alternate terms as the need arises.
- Handle supplier registration and public contract administration, including review/approval processes, reporting, fee payment, and compliance.
- Request and handle bank guarantees and bid bonds.
- Collaborate with various team members, including sales, order management, legal, and finance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of Office packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to successfully implement administrative processes.
- Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of flawless execution.
