Job Description

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Customer Service Administrator I in Segrate, Milan. You'll support our collaborators in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer effective assistance to Sales, Service teams, Business partners, and other customers.
  • Drive and own alignment meetings with Account Managers/Service to ensure timely submissions.
  • Review and submit Tenders and RFQs, and actively follow up.
  • Examine complete bid documents to determine terms needing approval, and collaborate with functional owners for alternate terms as the need arises.
  • Handle supplier registration and public contract administration, including review/approval processes, reporting, fee payment, and compliance.
  • Request and handle bank guarantees and bid bonds.
  • Collaborate with various team members, including sales, order management, legal, and finance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of Office packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully implement administrative processes.
  • Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of flawless execution.
