Customer Quality Manager

China Guangzhou EQ Plant Full time

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Own the customer relationship for top tier customers from a quality perspective. Align and execute Customer communication regarding service, support, reporting, customer satisfaction related measures in Quality
2. Represent the company during interactions with customers regarding product quality, including customer audits, installation quality.
3. Responsible for leading quality business reviews with key customers
4. Respond to customer requests regarding specification improvements and information on product manufacturing process & installation proess(control plans, process flow, quality systems, etc.).
5. Ensure rapid response to customer complaints. Responsible to own the 8D process and work across functions to establish team and drive the root cause and corrective actions. Ensure communication strategy on issue is managed both internally as well as externally for customers.
6. Investigate and resolve customer quality and performance complaints with RD and installation and manufacturing.
7. Provide timely and satisfactory response to customer special requests for data analysis, product testing, etc.
8. Translate quality objectives for the business into specific objectives for future manufacturing sites in China
9. Follow the EHS regulations of the company and ensure all actions satisfied with ISO14001 &ISO45001 requirements.
10. Other taskes assigned by managers.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES :

1.  10+ years’ experience working in the electroplating paiting(prefered)or Non-standard equipment manufacutring relevant industry  in a technical role (Project Manager, Quality,Product Manager etc.), has at least 5+ years quality management relevant experience.
2.  Proven project management skills using data driven risk management
3. Exceptional ability to build relationships across different organizations to achieve results
4. Thorough understanding of raw material and product along with analytical and functional characterization methods.
5. Experience working with customers or suppliers on technical projects such as raw material or product development, improvement projects, or problem resolution.
6. Demonstrated success resolving technical challenges in a time-critical situation
7. Strong influence management, leadership skills.
