Job Description

Project Manager, Independent Cart Technology (ICT)

Strategic Projects

You will work with our Motion Business Unit (BU) commercial, product management and Engineer To Order (ETO) project management as well as Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) operations, Global Sales Management (GSM) sales and Life Cycle Services (LCS) field service team to lead strategic ICT customer projects end-to-end from the moment of the purchase order until implementation to ensure the success of it. As liaison between all our different functions, you will ensure it is a seamless and unified experience for our strategic customer projects while holding other functions accountable.

This can be a remote role and will report to the BU Commerical Engineering Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • This is a customer-facing role which requires scheduling meeting, understanding the customers requirements and managing requests related to their project utilizing the Independent Cart Technology product lines.
  • Develop an understanding of our Independent Cart Technology stakeholders and be an expert who and how to leverage our organization to drive successful project execution
  • Organizes the interdepartmental activities and collaboration across functional teams from BU, operations, GSM, LCS and external customers from System Integrators, OEM to End User ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Manage the implementation process of projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
  • Lead Strategic Project Readouts to stakeholders and measure performance based on committed lead times and success of FAT/SAT
  • Develop best practices and process improvements
  • Be a liaison to the Global Sales & Marketing System Integrator and OEM Partner Program and the Global Business unit to drive initiatives and help develop it for Independent Cart Technology
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel up to 25%.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 5+ years' experience in commercial customer-facing roles
  • Experience launching and supporting product and service.
  • Experience managing projects from initiation to closure including planning, execution, monitoring, budget and control
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with Independent Cart Technology

The total target compensation range for this role is 102,560.00 - 153,840.00 USD with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Experience will be the determining factor.
